Microsoft has also developed a Cluster Server Recovery Utility (ClusterRecovery.exe).This utility is primarily aimed at the following scenarios:
•Restoring resource checkpoint files
•Replacing a failed disk
•Recovering from disk signature changes
•Migrating data to a different disk on the shared bus
You can target ClusterRecovery.exe against server clusters that are based on the following platforms:
•Windows 2000 Advanced Server
•Windows 2000 Datacenter Server
•Windows Server 2003, Enterprise Edition
•Windows Server 2003, Datacenter Edition

NOTE: If you cannot start Cluster service because the quorum disk is unavailable, use the /FIXQUORUM switch to start Cluster service. You are then able to change the quorum disk.
